Returns & Exchanges

At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your return shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
